The Property Team is currently in the process of scoring the shortlisted firms.

Each firm has been asked to provide a cost estimate that would carry the project from survey to concept. Once this has been received, the Property Team will finalize their scores and present the congregation with their recommendation.

As of this week, the Property Team has now met with all three shortlisted firms. Pending a cost estimate from each firm, the team will then score the firms using the same criteria as before. Click here to review this.

As previously mentioned, the Property Team with the highest score will then be passed along to the congregation for final approvals.
