As we continue to live into our call to be communities centered in Christ, the church is excited to share this unique opportunity. You are invited to join others in a conversation and exploration of Life Together in Christ by Ruth Haley Barton. 

This free, four-week study and conversation, hosted on Zoom video chat, is open to anyone interested in exploring this text and how it calls us to live into authentic and loving community.  There is a limit of 50 participants and registration is required. Register online on or before January 2. 

Life Together in Christ is grounded in the story of the two disciples who meet Christ on the Emmaus Road.  Author Ruth Haley Barton offers insights and practices to develop spiritual companions who are ready to encounter Christ in transforming ways. 

FUN FACT: The Emmaus story from Luke 24 is also the foundation of the 2020 reunion/study materials for Community of Christ. 

We hope you will join us as we engage in spiritual practices, thoughtful conversation and explore ways to apply what we discuss and learn on this journey of the Road to Emmaus.
